We can assess your candidates for hire for their CEO potential. We can even assess the job that a current CEO is doing through a CEO audit, and then make recommendations to the Board or stakeholders if change is needed. Finally, we can act as a quasi board of advisors which could free stakeholders up from some of the day to day work, allowing them to better support other portfolio companies and new business.
All Brewster Gregg CEO Partners have over 10 years of CEO experience in diverse businesses with over $20M in annual revenues and substantial success and/or profit. Many have both public and private company experience. Many have served on boards, helped to raise money, and mostly importantly successfully built and led growth companies.
