We can even assess the job that a current CEO is doing through a CEO audit, and then make recommendations to the Board or stakeholders if change is needed. Finally, we can act as a quasi board of advisors which could free stakeholders up from some of the day to day work, allowing them to better support other portfolio companies and new business.
