Our mission is to provide CEOs of growth companies with experienced judgement that enhances their decision making process for dramatic results. The CEO partners at Brewster Gregg have "been there" and "done that," and we want to assist other firms to replicate our successes and avoid our mistakes. We do not anticipate dictating courses of action, as we can never fully understand the intricacies of any given business like its current leaders -- but we will provide our relevant experience coupled with our analysis of the situation and our support wherever needed. A client may be comfortable with one of our CEO partners working with leadership over a period of time, several of us to provide a quasi board of advisors, or simply one of our partners focused into an area where additional executive support is required.
Our CEOs are mostly from around the Beltway in Washington DC and we have a lot of experience in both business to Government (B 2 G) and government contractors diversifying into commercial business. We will always advise our clients from a CEO perspective, which is very different from a financial, sales/marketing, engineering, or even management consulting perspective. Often our clients do not have the right people in their organization to get a new strategic program started or turnaround an existing one, and many times they must make a choice between not starting a new program or taking leadership's eye off the “bigger” ball to focus in one area. Brewster Gregg is available to fill those gaps, as well as to advise and develop its clients so that they can successfully diversify and grow.
